Morrisette--
Fred R. Morrisette, 501 Patterson, Bay City, Michigan, passed away at 6:00 a.m. Tuesday at Mercy Hospital after a lingering illness. He was born in Bay City on March 3, 1890, and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Morrisette. His wife, Rose, died in 1947. He was a member of Visitation Church, the Church Choir, and the Legion of Mary.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Miss Helen Morrisette and Mrs. Robert (Rita) Gunther, both of Bay City; 2 sons, John Morrisette of Bay City and William Morrisette of Lancaster, California; 1 sister, Mrs Florence Bunting of Wyandotte; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will take place Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at the W.A. trahan Funeral Chapel, and 9:00 a.m. at visitation Church, with Rev. Fr. Joseph Favara officiating, burial will be in St.. Patrick's Cemetery; Rosary will be recited at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Trahan Chapel, where friends may call after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
