Mrs. Catherine Ann Eichten, 70, resident of 2001 Hughitt Avenue died Thursday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs William Frymiller, 1623 North Third Street, following a brief illness.
She was born in Wright County, Minnesota on 26 December 1859 and lived in Superior for the past 39 years. She was the widow of John M. Eichten, who passed away three years ago. She was a member of the Lady Eagles, local lodge, and the auxillary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was active in the orders and was a well known resident here.
Survivers are: one son James McKenzie of Minneapolis; three sisters, Mrs. William Williams and Mrs. James Breen both of Minneapolis; Mrs, Rye McKechie. North Dakota; three brothers, Frank Duffy, Minneapolis, George Duffy, Chicago; and one brother-in-law, J. H. Ennis, Superior
