NOE - Joan Ziemer Noe on March 27, 1983. Beloved wife of Anthony G. Noe Jr., mother of Anthony G. Noe III, David H. Noe, and Kristin Elizabeth Noe, daughter of Henry J. and Helen Courrege Ziemer. Age 47. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning in the chapel of Lakelawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery). Interment followed in Lakelawn Park.
