A daughter of Joseph and Jemima (Foster) Negley and wife of Jacob S. Ritchey who died March 16, 1914.
Lucinda was the eldest of a family of 14 children and was survived by only one brother, Joseph Negley of Idaho.

She was survived by seven children:
Simon of Burnt Cabins; Ettie Whitfield of Hopewell; Eli Jacob of Everett; Mary Wilson of Black Valley; David of Everett RD 5; and Margaret and Phoebe at home.
