Charles Edward Hunt of Greenhill Drive, Campbellsville, son of the late Rodford Hunt and Ella Arvin Hunt was born March 31, 1930 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 10:24 A.M. Thursday, August 11, 2005 in Campbellsville. Age: 75He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He also served in the Kentucky National Guard.He retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and was a retired farmer.He united in marriage to Frances Fawcett June 10, 1950. She preceded him in death January 27, 1997. He united in marriage to Edith Newton Smith June 2, 2001. Besides his wife, Edith Hunt of Campbellsville, he is survived by two sons: Charles Douglas Hunt and wife, Roxie and Danny Lewis Hunt of Campbellsville; five step-sons: Charles Wise of Elizabethtown, Jerry Wise of Boynton Beach, Florida, Everett Wise of Louisville, R. W. Wise of Campbellsville and Michael Wise of Norfolk, Virginia; one grandson, Joey Hunt of Campbellsville; six step-grandchildren: Travis Warren of Mt. Washington, Charles Eugene Wise II of Elizabethtown, Brandon Wise of Florida, Brian Wise and Terry Wise of Louisville and Christi Kidwell of Campbellsville; six step-great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Delbert Hunt of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Lillie Fawcett of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.He was also preceded in death by one step-grandson, Laramie Warren; one sister, Vonnie Caulk. FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 13, 2005 at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Danny Pace and Rev. Landon Hadley BURIAL: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens with full military honors by the Marion County Veterans PALLBEARERS: Jimmy Bault, Jeff Hunt, Mike Sullivan, Randy Sullivan, Charles Wise, R. W.
