CALDWELL — Graveside services for Dan D. Abbott, 37, of 119 Parkhurst Drive, Caldwell, who died of natural causes Tuesday at a Boise hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Nampa, by Dr. Ruth Grob, College of Idaho, under the direction of Alden Waggoner Chapel.
He was born March 23, 1941, at Glenns Ferry, and graduated from Payette High School. He attended the College of Idaho and the University of Oregon Medical School. He worked as a chemist for Reynolds Aluminum Co. in Portland.
Surviving are two sons, Dan and Dana, both of Portland; his father, Dan J. of Nampa; three brothers, Sgt. Wayne E. stationed with the Army in Germany, Eric S. of Caldwell, and Gregory S. of Middleton; and his maternal grandmother, Gladys Eguia of Glenns Ferry.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
