Bre'Anna is the daughter of Nageela and William Penn, sister of Kurt Rice and Brooklyn Penn. Bre'Anna only weighed 12 ounces at birth and her lungs were not developed enough for her to live. She is my great-niece, my oldest sister's grand-daughter. My nephew Whitney Floyd's niece (memorialized here at Find a Grave).
