Ella Goldie Cantrell Forsythe was born March 14, 1907, in Milburn. Okla. She was a beloved Christian mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and "Mamaw." Her son, Winson Stewart Henley Jr., and husband, Burl A. Forsythe, preceded her in death.

Survivors: Melba Huggins, Patricia Henley, John Forsythe and his wife, Rhonda, Norma Scott Shackelford and her husband, Dan, Bobby Burl Forsythe and his wife, Shirley; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
