I have an obit for Fred. His obit says his mother was Winifred Wells, but his real mother died when he was 3 and he was raised by Winifred Wells who was the family housekeeper. His father later married her.

FRED KLUGE
Fred Kluge of Orange Park, Fla, died at the Greater Orange Park Community Hospital on Saturday, December 18, 1976. He was 62 years old.
Born in Greenport on March 8, 1914, he was the son of John and Winifred Kluge. He served in the United States Army during World War II and retired from the Third Division with rank of Captain in 1958. From 1958 to 1969 he managed the Pershing Hotel in Atlanta. In 1969 he retired to become assistant superintendent of Moose Haven, a retirement community in Orange Park.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, of Orange Park; his mother, Mrs Winifred Kluge, and a sister, Helen Adams, both of Greenport; a brother, Walter of Orient; a son, Dr. Arthur Kluge of Los Altos, Calif and a daughter, Mrs Richard Anderson, also of Los Altos.
A Pilgrim Men's service was held at the Rivermead Funeral Home in Orange Park on Monday evening, December 20, with funeral services the next morning at Moose Haven Chapel. Interment followed in Jacksonville Memory Gardens, Jacksonville, Fla.
