She was born Sept. 28, 1913, in Trenton, N.J., a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Iraca.
Philamana was a member of Holy Rosary Church of Republic, Pa.
She was a retired librarian from the Brownsville Area School District and a member of the PSEA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry DellaMea, in 1976.
