Doris L. Husser, 82 of Shadyside, Ohio died Thursday April 5, 2012 at the Gables Care Center, Hopedale, Ohio
She was born April 24, 1929 in Hopedale, Ohio, a daughter of the late William G. and Frances (Cole) Wheeler.
Doris was a retired school bus driver for the Harrison County School System and a member of the Hopedale Church of Christ where she played the organ for over 25 years, and was an avid bowler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband James R. Cline and her second husband William Husser.
She is survived by her three children; Robert (Rita) Cline of Hopedale, Ohio, Douglas A. (Jill) Cline of Hopedale, Ohio and Amy L. (Brian) Werner of Carrollton, Ohio, her stepson, William (Irene) Husser; two sisters, Jean (Henry) Rensi of Bolivar, Ohio and Alice Rothel of Cadiz, Ohio, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory 3900 Central Ave. Shadyside, Ohio where services will be held at 11 am Wednesday with minister Hubert Granger officiating.
Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
