Nora Mann Skoubye, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, age 91, died peacefully at home, January 6, 1993, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born April 23, 1901, Bountiful, Utah, to Frank and Harriet Elizabeth Hogan Mann. Married for 67 years to Clarence L. Skoubye, they were married on January 4, 1926, in Salt Lake City and the marriage was later solemnized June 29, 1984 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. An active member of the LDS Church, she served in the 26th Ward and Riverview Ward as Relief Society secretary, visiting teacher, and organist. She composed music and was an accomplished pianist and organist. She enjoyed painting.

Survived by husband, Salt Lake City; son and daughter, Clarence M. Skoubye, (Norma B.), Sandy, Utah; Jacqueline Roblez, (Victor), Holladay, Utah; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; sister, Cecil Fisher, Orderville, Utah.

Preceded in death by five sisters and one brother. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 9th, 1 p.m., Salt Lake 26th Ward, 700 South 1000 West. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Friday, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday at the Ward, one hour prior to services. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
