Jereboam O. Beauchamp born to Costin Beauchamp and Charity (Robinson) Beauchamp.

Married Mary (Downham) Beauchamp, April 02, 1789 in Kent Delaware. Daughter of Joseph Downham and Sarah (Powell) Downham; also Mary's sister, Annice married Newell Beauchamp, Jereboam's half brother, shared the same father, Costin.

He was an attorney & representative from Washington Co. in Kentucky Legislature, 1802, '03, '05, '14 & '15. ["History of Kentucky", Vol II by Lewis Collins, pg. 749]. He was Major [Dec. 10, 1811] and later Lieut. Col. [L. F.
Johnson, History of Franklin Co., Ky. "General and Field Officers in War of 1812"].

Jereboam was an attorney, represented Robert Alexander in a deed transaction [D-531] Mar. 16, 1815, in Washington County, Ky.
