Anna (Munson) Thacher was the daughter of Israel and Anna (Griswold) Munson. She was the 1st wife of Rev. William Greenleaf Thacher. They were married New Haven November 3, 1792. Rev. Thacher was a minister in the New York Conference and Philadelphia Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died August 2, 1856.
