Majory Elizabeth Christensen, 85, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2002. She was born in Marshalltown, Iowa and had resided in Jacksonville for 49 years. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Keith Christensen; daughter, Kay C. Knowlton (husband, Hiram); grandson, Brian Kelly (wife, Lynn); greatgrandchildren, Lauren, Leah and Miller Kelly; and sister, Gladys Devick of Des Moines, Iowa. Marjory and her husband were long time members of the American Ballroom and Contempory Dance Association and the Jacksonville Ballroom Dance Association. A small family service to celebrate her life will be scheduled at a later date.
