Earl Armstrong, 85, of Marco Island, FL, formerly of Pennsauken, NJ died on Saturday, March 31, 2012. He served in the Army Air Corp during WWII. Mr Armstrong retired from Prudential Insurance in Cherry Hill, NJ and was a 4th degree member of the Bishop Eustace Assembly #652 and the Marion Council #3784 Knights of Columbus in Haddonfield for 56 years.
Mr. Armstrong is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Gertrude Armstrong; his loving children, Michael Armstrong, Gary Armstrong (Christie), Karen O'Rourke and Dennis Armstrong (Marian); his sister, Doris Carr; ten grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at San Marco Catholic Church, 851 San Marco Rd, Marco Island, FL on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:00 am.
