OLIVER C. KNADLER, well known brick layer of Locust Grove, died at the Guiford Nursing Home, Boonsboro, Saturday of complications after an illness of six weeks, aged 75 years. Son of the late Charles and Lottie (Butts) Knadler, he was born in Keedysville.
He was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Locust Grove. He was also active in the Rohrersville Band and the Knights of Pythias, Keedysville.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Edith Rohrer Knadler, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Mullendore, Rohrersville; sisters, Mrs. Norman Nalley, Brunswick; Mrs. Amos Stine, Middletown; Mrs. Bertha Gaylor, Boonsboro; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.
