Obit. found..it reads...Lola M. Vance, 69, of South Point, Ohio, died Dec. 31, 1991 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Schneider Funeral Home, Chesapeake, by Pastor Taylor Jenkins and Elder Doug Bishop. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery. She was a member of the Pigeon Hollow Apostolic Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Riley Vance. She is survived by one daughter, Lillian Gill of Canton, Ohio; five sons, Virgil Vance of Globe, Ariz., William Vance of Proctorville, Paul Vance and Don Vance, both of South Point, and David Vance of Sylvester, Ga.; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Robert Thompson of McKees Rock, Pa., Eugene Thompson of Oakfield, Ga., Lucian Thompson of Jacksonville, Fl., Jay Thompson of Florida and Joseph Thompson of Chesapeake; six sisters, Alice Martin of Stillwater, ok., Emma Jean Barker of South Point, Ohio, Helen Cox of Arkansas, Beulah Thompson of Crestview, Fla., Betty Fields of Garden City, Mich., and Mary Ann Haynes of Proctorville; and many nieces and nephews.
