Margaret H. (Manning) Schickle, of Randolph, formerly of Jamaica Plain, died suddenly April 1, 2012, at the age of 89. Born in Boston, Margaret graduated from Girls High School in Boston. Margaret worked as a registry clerk for the U.S. Postal Service for over 25 years. She was a member and the past president of NARFE (National Association of Retired Federal Employees). She volunteered at Milton Hospital and was an active member of St. Bernadette Church in Randolph. Margaret was the wife of the late Charles N. Schickle; loving mother of Charles D. Schickle and his wife Joanne of Yuma, Ariz.; devoted sister of Gertrude Sullivan of Wareham and Phyllis Schickle of Sandwich; dear grandmother of Jody Anne Morse of Brockton; great-grandmother of Jamie Morse of Brockton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 North Main St. (Rte. 28), Randolph, until 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Bernadette Church, Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 p.m. Burial in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margarets name to the Milton Hospital, 199 Reedsdale Rd., Milton, MA 02186.
