Wallace, late of Wilmington, Ill., died in St. Joseph's hospital, Joliet, Ill., Thursday, Dec. 4, age 53, dear husband of Bernice L. of Wilmington; one daughter, Mrs. Bernice Fernandez; four grandchildren at Claremont, Cal.; mother, Mrs. Johanna Wallace of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Sweeney of Chicago and Mrs. Margaret Curtin of St. Paul, Minn.; one nephew, Lt. [i.g.] John Curtin of the U. S. navy, Corpus Christi, Tex, Veteran of WW II. Funeral from Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington, Monday, Dec. 8, to St. Rose Catholic church for a Solemn requiem mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment Mount Olivet cemetery, Wilmington. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Sunday.
