Reuben A Krueger, 76, of Sherwood, a retired Calumet County farmer, died Sunday at the Kaukauna Community Hospital.
He was born March 24, 1899 in the town of Maple Grove, a son of Otto and Bertha Birkholtz Krueger. On September 20, 1921 he married the former Anne Eckes at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sherwood. The couple farmed in the town of Woodville until retiring in 1968. They moved to Sherwood in 1974. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs Nick (Adeline) Klotz, R. 2, Hilbert; and Mrs Les (Florence) Londre, Racine; two sons, Donald, Milwaukee, and Richard, R. 2, Hilbert; 18 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, and a sister, Miss Frieda Krueger, Reedsville. Three brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev Anthony Birdsall, Hilbert, was the celebrant of the requiem Mass. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
