She was born July 12, 1911, in Newbury, Ind., to Ralph and Fern Moore. Her family moved to Chinook, where she met and married Fremont H. Easbey, Sept. 11, 1931. They resided in Helena since 1945.
Helen was a very active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church for many years. She was also an active member of Miriam Chapter # 1 Order of Eastern Star. Helen loved flowers and gardening and loved all of her grandchildren greatly.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Fremont, daughter Shirley Morrison, son James Easbey, a brother and her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Miriam Tucker of Missoula, daughter Beverly (Don) Darsow of Kennewick, Wash., and son Frank (Joan) of Vancouver, Wash. Grandchildren include: Mark Darsow, Cynthia Parker, Barbara Waggonner; Robert and Richard Morrison, Debbie Hogan, Vicki Morris, Laura Walter, Kathy, Richard, Brad, and Tess Easbey, Mark and Becky Easbey; 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by half brothers of the Harshman family in northern Montana. Albert Harshman was Helen's stepfather.
