Husband of Mary Barcume Patterson.

Mary and Frank immigrated from Quebec Canada to New York state in a small town of Bangor, NY, 21 miles from the Quebec town of Dundee where his wife, Mary, was born. He took his family further to Marshfield, Wisconsin. They had 12 children. One of their boys, Otis Patterson (see link below,) was an undefeated pro wrestler until he wrestled Freddie Beell and was easily beaten. Freddie Beell went on to be the American Pro Champion wrestler. Freddie is buried in this same cemetery, at location L C 1H 56, and his memorial number for Find A Grave is 8250422.

Marshfield Times Obit from August 23, 1889
Mr. Patterson is one of the old residents of Marshfield. For the past year he has been associated with J. McDonald in the hoop trade with camps located in the town of McMillan. He was in the city on Saturday past, and Monday worked until past 11 o'clock when he began saying that he did not feel able to work. At twelve o'clock he was dead. Mr. Patterson leaves a wife and twelve children, all grown to man and womanhood and all but three being married. The funeral took place Wednesday with Rev J M Smith officiating.
