Andrew David Castle, age 16, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012. He was a 10th grade student at Corcoran High School. Andrew played Lacrosse and was in the Ski Club at Corcoran. He also played baseball with Valley Little League. Andrew was very active with Fay Road Baptist Church and it's Youth Group and was a Trumpeter for special services at the church. He is survived by his parents, David D. and Martha A. (Alguire) Castle; his sister, Emily K. Neadle of Syracuse; maternal grandmother, Kaye Alguire of New Hampshire and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Contributions may be made to the CNY SPCA, 5878 East Molloy Rd., Syracuse, NY 13211.
