Carolyn Blevins Beams of Vintage Lane, Campbellsville, daughter of Ivan G. Blevins and the late Margaret Christie Blevins was born June 18, 1959, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:54 A.M., Saturday, July 3, 2004 in Lebanon, Kentucky. Age: 45 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was the manager of Five Star Food Mart on Campbellsville Road Bypass. She is survived by one daughter her father and step-mother, a companion, and his children, one sister and her companion, one step-sister, one step-brother, and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a brother in infancy, March 4, 1955.
FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 7th, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. B.C. Gillispie BURIAL: Brookside Cemetery
