Survivors include his wife, Betty S. Higgins of Jonesboro; two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry Wayne and Carol Higgins of Newbern, TN and Thomas Blake and Rehlinda Higgins of Jonesboro; a daughter, Lisa Lauren Higgins of Columbia, MO; four brothers, Darrell Higgins of Clarkton, MO; Hoyt Higgins of Louisville, KY; Max Higgins of Cadiz, KY; and Jerry McKinney of Trumann; three sisters, Hattie Emery of Paragould; Vicky Prince of Cape Girardeau, MO; and Kathy O'Dell of Scott City, MO; and five grandchildren
