Laura Lee Dowler, age 51, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2012. She was born January 12, 1961 in Springfield, the daughter of Harold and Nancy (Stewart) Robertson.

Throughout her working career Laura was a nursing home cook and an electrician. She enjoyed riding her horse and playing bingo. Laura loved her family and especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: Her daughter, Ronyel Dowler and Brandon Starkley; her fiancé, Nick Evans; grandchildren, Tavian, Mya, C'yana, and Kloie; two sisters, Paula Moore and Mary Iorg; a brother, Harold Robertson, Jr.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and Harold Robertson, a grandchild, D'Andre; and a grandparents, Harry and Lola Stewart, and William and Samantha Robertson.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 14, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Bro. Stan Bisher officiating. Burial will follow in Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday in the funeral home.
