Terry G. Hines, 64 of Brazil, went to be with the Lord on Easter Sunday, April, 8, 2012 after a two year battle with cancer.
Terry was born June 17, 1947, in Clay County, the son of Paul "Roger" Hines and Lucille Miller Hines. He graduated from Brazil High School, Class of 1965 and went on to have a successful career in the field of Radiology. Terry started out in x-ray at the Clinton County Hospital in Frankfort, IN, where he was Chief x-ray tech. In 1976, he moved back to Brazil and Terry began his career with Union Hospital in Terre Haute where he was instrumental in starting and managing the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. He worked at Union Hospital for 21 years and later worked in x-ray at Acute Medical Care in Greencastle and also at Putnamville Correctional Facility.
On August 12, 1966 Terry was united in marriage to Cheryn Leigh Glenn Hines. Together they raised their family in Brazil.
He was preceded in death by his father Roger Hines and mother Lucille Hines Cooper; a brother Don Hines.
Survivors include his wife Cheryn; sons Tony Hines and wife Beth and Jon Hines all of Brazil; grandchildren, Ryan, Chelsey, Clayton and Erin Hines all of Brazil; several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Funeral Information
Services will be held Thursday at Lawson-Miller Chapel at 11:00am with Rev. Ernie Rush officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8pm and again Thursday prior to services.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cheryn Hines to assist with numerous medical bills. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
