Ralph "Dean" Granger, age 77, of Minerva, died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in Aultman Hospital. He was born November, 12, 1933 in Beaver County, PA to Ross and Opal (Kelley) Granger. He retired from Sugardale after 20 years of service, was an area farmer, is a graduate of Goshen High School and is a US Army veteran of the Korean War. He also attended the New Franklin United Methodist Church.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Lori and Mike of Minerva and Loretta (Jeffrey) of Canton; a son, Jeffrey (Jennifer) of Minerva; 2 sisters, Hazel of Minerva and Regina of Minerva; 2 brothers, Lloyd of Carrollton and William of Homeworth and a granddaughter, Destiny.
Funeral Services will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Randy Payne officiating. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
