Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple January 22, 1964. Don graduated from Spanish Fork High School. He was employed by Del Monte Cannery and worked many hours farming. He retired from Geneva Steel where he was a truck driver more than 38 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, rock collecting and gardening. He especially liked getting in the car and going for a long drive. His family was very important to him and he loved to spend time with them. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving as Elders Quorum secretary and in the Boy Scouts of America. Don is survived by his wife, Clara; sons and daughter, Pat (Robert), Roger (Lynette), Craig (Jamie); seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother, Gale (Barbara) Dedrickson, and sisters, Maureen (Ken), Marsha (Allen). He was preceded in death by his parents. Services held on Tuesday, July 22, 1003 in the Spanish Fork LDS 8th Ward Chapel, 1006 E 200 S. Burial, Spanish Fork City Cemetery
