FAMILY SEARCH. When Donald Royal Dedrickson was born on 4 April 1927, in Santaquin, Utah, Utah, his father, Royal " B" Dedrickson, was 23 and his mother, Glenda Lee Chapman, was 19. He married Clara Joyce Hone on 20 October 1950. They were the parents of a daughter and two sons. He lived in Spanish Fork Election Precinct States in 1940. He died on 17 July 2003, in Spanish Fork, Utah, Utah at the age of 76, and was buried in Spanish Fork.

OBITUARY. Our loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2003 at his home in Spanish Fork. He was 76. Don was born April 4, 1927 in Santaquin, UT to Royal B. and Glenda Chapman Dedrickson. He married Clara Joyce Hone October 20, 1950 in Nephi, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple January 22, 1964. Don graduated from Spanish Fork High School. He was employed by Del Monte Cannery and worked many hours farming. He retired from Geneva Steel where he was a truck driver more than 38 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, rock collecting and gardening. He especially liked getting in the car and going for a long drive. His family was very important to him and he loved to spend time with them. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving as Elders Quorum secretary and in the Boy Scouts of America. Don is survived by his wife, Clara; sons and daughter, Pat (Robert), Roger (Lynette), Craig (Jamie); seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother, Gale (Barbara) Dedrickson, and sisters, Maureen (Ken), Marsha (Allen). He was preceded in death by his parents. Services held on Tuesday, July 22, 1003 in the Spanish Fork LDS 8th Ward Chapel, 1006 E 200 S. Burial, Spanish Fork City Cemetery
