She was born October 11, 1929, the daughter of the late Sam and Sally Shepherd Howard.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 15, 2006, at the Living Word Pentecostal Church, Gunlock, Ky., with Charlene Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Cemetery, Gunlock, Ky.
