CHARLES FARR
---Charles Samuel Farr, forty-four, formerly a section foreman for the Wabash Railroad, was found lying on the ground back of the Atlanta station by a stranger Saturday afternoon. The stranger summoned help and Farr was taken to the office of Dr. Cambre where he soon died. The doctor said he likely had suffered from gastric indigestion. Dr. W.A. Welsh, the coroner, examined the case and decided it would not be necessary to hold an inquest. It is said that he had been working up until noon Saturday.
---He leaves a widow, Mrs. Elpha Farr, and one daughter, Mrs. Edith Nelson and a granddaughter, Lorene Nelson, his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Farr, two sisters, Mrs. L.A. Albright of La Plata and Mrs. Ada Owens of Crocker, Missouri.
---The funeral was Monday afternoon at the Methodist Church at Atlanta, conducted by Rev. McGuire. Burial was at Mt. Tabor cemetery.

---He went to work as usual Saturday morning and suffered an attack of acute indigestion and died about 6 p.m.
---He was converted as a young man and was a firm believer in the Holiness Doctrine. He was a regular attendant, however of the Atlanta Methodist Church and Sunday School.
---He was united in marriage with Elpha Maggart on December 9, 1908 and to this union was born one daughter, Mrs. Edith Nelson.
---He had been a resident of Atlanta for two years.
---He leaves to mourn his departure, his wife, daughter, granddaughter, son-in-law, his aged parents, two sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Albright of La Plata and Mrs. Ada Owens of Crocker, Missouri and a host of other relatives and friends.
---Funeral services were held at the Atlanta Methodist Church Monday, December 14, at 2:00, conducted by Rev. McQuite. Interment was made at Mt. Tabor cemetery.
