Mrs. Ruth Watson Hill, 81, of 3101 W. 86th, Leawood, died Sunday at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born in Wolfe City, Tex., and lived in this area about 16 years. Mrs. Hill was a member of the Leawood United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Leawood Womans Club. She was a charter member of the Fashion Group, Inc., Houston, and was a member of the Fashion Group, Inc., New York. She was a member of the Pallette Pals China Painting of Olathe. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Dickenson of the home; a granddaughter and a great-grandson. Services and burial will be Tuesday in Greenville, Tex. (courtesy Ruth French 5Oct2021)

She was born May 28, 1893, in Wolfe City. She was married to C.S. Hill and was a member of Leawood Methodist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Julian Dickerson of Kansas City, Mo.; one granddaughter, Mrs. Jan Moore of Kansas City, Mo. and one great-grandson, Collin Moore of Kansas City, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
