Rosary will be recited tomorrow at 7:30p.m. in Oswald Mortuary, 6944 Reseda Blvd., Reseda, for Mrs. Josephine Boltrucyk of Van Nuys, who died Tuesday after a short illness.
Requiem mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 7311 Lindley Ave., Reseda, followed by internment in the San Fernando Mission Cemetery.
Mrs. Boltrucyk, a 10-year resident of the Valley, lived at 17600 Covello St. She was 45.
For nine years she worked with Union Bank, most recently serving as note tellers' supervisor in commercial loans at the West Van Nuys branch.
She is survived by her husband Henry, a son Henry Jr. and seven sisters: Mrs. Stella Shumway of Newhall; Mrs. Alice Leszczynski, Mrs. Ann Gryk both of Chicopee, Mass.; Mrs. Helen Peterson and Mrs. Sophie Bobola of Chicopee Falls, Mass.; Mrs. Gladys Lee of Louisville, Miss.; Miss Rose Faber of Holyoke, Mass., and a brother Wallace Faber of Sturbridge, Mass.

Word of the death of Mrs. Josephine (Fabor) Boltrucyk, 45, of Van Nuys, Cal., formerly of Chicopee and Hazardville, Conn., Jan. 18 has been received here. She was a resident of Van Nuys, Cal., for the past 10 years and was employed by the West Van Nuys Bank as Supervisor. She leaves a husband, Henry; a son, Henry, Jr; and several brothers and sisters. The funeral was held Jan. 22, Burial was in St. Fernando Mission Cemetery, Van Nuys, Cal.
