Funeral services for Charles S. Pipkin, 88, will be held Monday, July 30, 2001 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Hardage Giddens Funeral Home, 850 North St. Johns Bluff Road. Burial will follow at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens. Mr. Pipkin, a native of Tampa, Florida and resident of Jacksonville died Friday, July 27, 2001 in a Jacksonville Beach Hospital. He was a member of Jacksonville Beach First Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Seavey of Jacksonville and Gail Short of St. Augustine, FL.; two sisters, Kathryn Pipkin Valdes Ilgenfritz of Winter Garden, FL and Elizabeth Register. The family will receive friends this evening, Sunday, July 29, at the funeral home from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
