four sons, Donald, Richard, Michael & David.
Adoring Father of three daughters, Patricia Fonner, Ruth Tecler and Jane Wright.
Mr. Winters was an executive with the Yellow Cab Company in Pittsburgh for many years. He took his family to Miami Florida in 1950 and embarked on a career with the Miami Daily News in the Circulation Dept.
In 1962 the Houston Chronicle sought his expertise and appointed him Director of Street Sales.
After 10 years of dedicated service he retired and returned to Gainesville Florida to enjoy his golden years with his family.
Unfortunately he was stricken with lung cancer and went to be with the Lord December 23, 1978.
He is greatly missed by all. He was man of character who provided well for his wife and family. Hard worker, protective father, and generous with his gifts.
A man of God who was taught by his parents Joseph and Mary to be of good faith.
Frank Winters was a good person.Loved
