Helen Virginia Hoar Love of Sixth Street,Port Royal died Saturday morning at her residence.Born Sept 29,1919 in Reedsville she was the daughter of the late Orvil and Julia Bottorf Freed. She was proceded in death by her first husband Charles H Hoar. Her second husband Eugene Love survives. Also surviving are two sons Charles H Hoar Jr, of Lewistown and Calvin M Hoar of Cocoa Florida, two daughters Mrs Waide (Shirley) Johnson of Wilmington,Delaware, and Julia Ann MacPherson of Farmington,Mass, a brother Calvin Freed of Navarro,Ohio, a step brother Edward McCormick and a step sister Louise Morris both of New Jersey, 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Mrs Love was employed in the housekeeping department at Lewistown HospitaL She was a member of the Salvation Army, Order of the Eastern Star and Juniata County Democratic Committee woman. She was also an officer in Juniata County Senior Citizens.Services will be held at 10 am Tuesday at the Barr Funeral Home, Lewistown with Major Raymond Simpson officiating.Interment will be made in Juniata Memorial Park. Friends may call from 7 to 9 pm Monday at the funeral home.
