Archie Dennis Weber, 74, formerly of Moatsville WV, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012 at his daughter's residence in Reedsville with family by his side.

He was born March 21, 1938 in "Fortney Mills" Independence, son of the late George Leslie and Lillian Mae Braddock Weber.

Archie worked as a coalminer from 1956-1969 and from 1979-1983. He also worked at Dalton Sawmill from 1969-1979. Archie loved spending time with his daughters, grandchildren and the rest of his family. Aug loved country music, taking care of his cars, and loved his dog, Levi.

Surviving are three daughters, Judy Cartwright, Independence, Brenda Warnick and husband Doug, Reedsville, Charlotte Cline and husband Danny, Grafton; seven grandchildren, Sherri Cartwright Vazquez and husband Jose, Grafton, April Cartwright and companion TJ Shahan, Fellowsville, Derek Phillips and companion Ashley, Bruceton, Andrea Phillips Smith and husband Gary, Morgantown, Kristen Cline Parks and husband David, Grafton, and Jeremy Cline and Zachary Cline both of Grafton; fifteen great-grandchildren, Andre' Barnett, Alex Barnett, Tyra Barnett. Bella Vazquez, Peyton Shahan, Braden Phillips, Rhylea Smith, Alexa Smith, Logan Parsons, Maddie Parsons, EJ Parsons, Aidan Cline, Kyleigh Cline, Ethan Davis and Colton Shahan; three brothers, George "JR" Weber, Independence, Gerald Thomas Weber, Bridgeport, Harry Weber and wife Geneiva, Iowa; one sister, Alberta Windhorst and husband Harvey, Grafton; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Archie was preceded in death by one brother, Charles H Weber; and one sister-in-law, Lenora Weber.

Family and friends were received at Bolyard Funeral Home, Newburg, WV, on Saturday, April 7, 2012 from 2 p.m.-8 p.m., Sunday, April 8, 2012 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m., and will receive friends on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 9 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m. with the Pastor Nola "Susie" Harvey officiating.

Interment will follow at the Shay Chapel Cemetery.
