COMERS ROCK - Mrs. Cynthia Hill Boone, 82, widow of Frank Boone, died at her home after a short illness early Sunday morning, December 6, 1964. She was born August 10, 1882, in Alleghany County, N. C., to Ira Hill and wife, Mrs. Nancy Richardson Hill. Mrs. Boone is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dora Anderson, Glade Valley, N. C.; Mrs. Harvey Bryant, Independence, and Mrs. Robert Delp, Palm Bay, Fla.; three sons, Fielden Boone, Havre de Grace, Md.; Mack Boone, Piney Creek, N. C., and James Boone, Mouth of Wilson; 24 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Richardson and Mrs. Mamie Baldwin, both of Laurel Springs, N. C.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 8, at Cranberry Primitive Baptist Church by Elder Walter Evans and the Rev. Fred E. Jennings.
Interment will follow in the family cemetery. The body is at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home, Independence.
