Mrs. Williams retired in June 1992 from the Illinois Department of Public Aid, where she worked as a data input clerk. She was a longtime member of Douglas Avenue United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her brother and two nieces, all of Springfield; a nephew of Bradenton, Fla.; a great-niece; a great-nephew; two great-great-nephews; and several cousins and friends.
Cremation accorded by Bisch Crematory. Graveside services at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Rev. Julia Melgreen officiating.
