Mrs. Sadie Redd Grubbs, 83, of S. Sixth St, died of a stroke Sunday at General Hospital, according to Chief Deputy Coroner William S. Anderson.

She was a saleswoman at the Selmans-Gus Mayer.

There are no immediate survivors.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Pearson's, S. Third St., with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Hopkinsville, KY.
