Mrs. Eliza Bailey, 85, of R.D. 4, Bailey Road, Massillon, died Thursday evening at her residence after a lingering illness. Born in Summit County, she resided in this vicinity for 67 years.
Two daughters, the Misses Florence and Mary Bailey, at home; a son, Austin, of Massillon; two sisters, Miss Sarah Cormany and Mrs. Amelia Jessop, and a brother, Elias Cormany, of Barberton; five grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren survive.
Services will be held at the Gordon-Shaidnagle-Hollinger funeral home Monday at 1:30 pm with the Rev. J. Lloyd McQueen, minister of the First Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be made in the Massillon cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home where friends may call Saturday from 7 to 9 pm and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
