Note from Cousin Letha Flippin: Samuel Tolliver Pack is buried in the Pack/Cole cemetery in Cool Ridge WV. The cemetery is all grown over (untended) and i never would have found it except for a minister that lives in Cool Ridge and he had conducted the last burial there. There is no public access to the cemetery - you have to ask the current property owner for permission.
