RIDDELL, PAMELA SUSAN - age 57 of Knoxville, TN, a lover of life and adventures, led the way to heaven for her family and friends. On April 23, 2012 she passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family. She is truly loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Pam was born and raised in Lexington, Ky. She attended Lexington Catholic High School and the University of Kentucky on academic scholarships. She moved to Knoxville, TN in 1985 with her husband and children. Pam was a true entrepreneur and sales professional. She achieved top sales honors in the scrapbooking industry and started three separate businesses. Pam is survived by her husband and first love, Charlie Riddell; her mother, Mary Kuykendall; her daughter, Allison Riddell Simcox and grand-daughter Kiley Grace of Knoxville, her son; Ben of Knoxville; her son, Adam (Jodi) and granddaughter Mary Grace of Alexandria VA; her daughter, Caitlin of Knoxville; her three brothers, Ron (Pat) Kuykendall of Prosper TX, David (Linda) Kuykendall of Mill Creek WA, Jody (Jacquie) Kuykendall of Lakeside Park, KY; many sisters and brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, and an abundance of special friends all over the country. The family extends a special thanks to her surgeon Dr. Greg Roberts, her oncologist Dr. Robert D. Schumaker, physician's assistant Angela Cole, and the entire staff of Tennessee Cancer Specialists whose loving care and assistance greatly comforted Pam and her family during her three year battle of this devastating disease. The receiving of friends will be Friday, April 27, 2012 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at All Saints Catholic Church in Knoxville, immediately followed by a Wake Service. Funeral Mass will be at All Saints Catholic Church, Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Charlie Donahue, CSP officiating.
