McMinnville, Tennessee resident and Warren County native Maria Lou Tate, 98, passed away July 1 at NHC Healthcare after an extended illness.
A retired secretary and a member of Central Church of Christ, she was the daughter of R.G. and Gillie Thurman Hutchins.
She is survived by son, Robert Tate of Texas; grandchildren, Marianne Thompson and Kevin Tate, both of Tennessee and Amanda Scheidler of Tennessee; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Riverside Cemetery with Nestor Stewart officiating.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
