Patricia A. (Liss) Gualandri, 73, of Peru, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Friday, April 27, 2012 at St. Valentine's Church in Peru with Rev. William Gardner, pastor officiating. Private burial will be in St. Valentine's Cemetery in Spring Valley. Visitation will be held 9-11:00 AM Friday at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Mueller Funeral Home in Peru.
Pat was born December 8, 1938 in LaSalle to William A. and Sophie B. (Olszewski) Liss. She was a graduate of LaSalle-Peru High School and St. Joseph's College of Nursing in Joliet.
Pat was a member of St. Valentine's Church in Peru. She was a Registered Nurse having worked at St. Margaret's Hospital in Spring Valley for many years. She had a great desire to learn, was an avid reader, and a friend of animals and nature. Above all, she was a loving mother.
Survivors include her three children, Lynn Weimer of Titusville, FL, Dean Gualandri of Chicago and Denise Gualandri of Sycamore and her sister, Gloria (Michael) Virzi of Peru.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
