Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the United Church of Christ here with burial in Prospect View Cemetery and the Rev. Terry Buol officiating. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at Stonacek Memorial Chapel in Pierce.

She was born June 12, 1921, at rural Norfolk to Howard and Mabel (Reed) McKibbon. She attended Pierce Public Schools to the eighth grade.
She married Charles Acklie Feb. 12, 1941, at Yankton, S.D. They farmed in the Plainview area.
They moved to Pierce in 1966. Marjorie did house cleaning in Plainview and Norfolk. She had been a resident of the Pierce Manor since September of 2007. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and square dancing.
She was a member of the United Church of Christ Church, Pierce.
Survivors include three sons, Gerald and wife Judy Acklie of Pierce, Keith and wife Jerri Acklie of Krum, Texas, Steve Acklie of Norfolk; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by parents; one sister, Marlene; husband Charles in 2005; one great-grandson, Kyle.
Organist will be Charlene Chilvers. Hymns will be "How Great Thou Art," "Amazing Grace" and "In the Garden."
Casket bearers will be Brian Silhacek, Lee Acklie, Eric Acklie, Allen Acklie, Shane Acklie, Matt Demand, Neil Acklie.
