Roger D. Lambert, age 60 of Monroe died at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. He had been in declining health for a year. Friends called at Rupp Funeral Home. Services were held at Grace Lutheran Church. Rev. Ronald Schultz, Pastor, officiated. Burial followed at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle. He was the son of Troy David and Ellen (Short) Lambert.
Roger was a central dispatch operator for the Monroe County Sheriff's Department for 15 years until his medical retirement in 2005.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Edna Brightbill.
