He was a member of the U.S. and South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and a veteran of the U.S. Navy in WWII.
He moved to Oklahoma City in 1962 from New Mexico and was married to Irene Schick.
He is survived by his wife Irene of the home; daughter Barbara Leaf, four sons, Fred and John Odom all of Oklahoma City; Nick of Thomas, Oklahoma; and Tom of Mustang; three sisters, Evelyn Epps of Attalla, Alabama; Ruby Chambers of Crossville, Alabama; and Margaret Whitten of San Angelo, Texas; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Hunter Memory Chapel with burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
