Mrs. Pansy Pearigen Cook Cusac, formerly of Fulton died Friday at The Oak At Limestone Nursing Home in Gainesville GA.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton KY. She was a beauty operator and was a hostess for the former Holiday Inn in Fulton KY. She was active in the A.A.R.P. and served on several committees in the church. She had lived all of her life in Hickman and Fulton KY.

She is survived by four step children, and a sister Reba Randolph of Elkhart IN.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elzie Lee Cook July,7, 1981,her second husband, Roy Cusac preceded May 14, 2005, four brothers,two sisters, and her parents, Emerson E. and Nancy Ann (Pearigen) Burns.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Saturday, May 5, 2012. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 10AM Saturday until the service hour.
